GENERAL
It’s your responsibility to know the rules, you can’t come and complain that you did not read it. If you don’t understand any rule, come and ask us before the game, not after.
All rules must be followed, to take advantage of any misses in the rules is not allowed. Play with common sense! Admin always has the right to make their own assessment and can not be contradicted.
No rules will be amended during conflicts. If we do any changes during a conflict it will be used in the next match, if major changes occurr, we will make sure to inform all players via our IRC channel (#concussion).
RULES DURING THE MATCH
MR15 is our standard playing format in all matches.
The rules stated below applies to both MR15 and to MR3 (10,000 in Startmoney).
All players must record the match even though HLTV is online on the server and must use real nick.
Printscreens (smokescreens) need to be done before the match (or in case of a server/player change, or if a player reconnects) that includes 32-bit smoke, scoreboard, net_graph 3 and playermodel. Don’t forget to record demo! Without a viable and authentic demo of the match, your team may not be able to progress in the league.
Ingame actions that are not allowed:
- Bugflash.
- Plant on heights with the help of a boost.
- Bugboosting.
- Silent planting.
- Using the shield.
- Writing nonsense in say. (arguing, moaning, whining and complaining will result in round losses)
NOTE: Crouchwalk (tixo) is allowed.
(NOTICE that it is not allowed to crouchwalk with the mousewheel!)
Models that are not allowed:
- Glowmodels
- Ledglows
- gl_picmip (value other than 0)
- Custom textures
- AWP-sights
- Muzzleflash
Maps to be played are the following:
- de_dust2
- de_inferno
- de_nuke
- de_train
- de_tuscan
After every game, the results has to be written
in the channel (#concussion) in the following manner:

GAMESERVER
The matches will be played on the cup’s servers. Just message an admin on IRC to know which server will you play on.
If the cup’s server crashed/not avaliable, you can play on your own server, but it’s both teams responsibility to check all the server settings are correct. If you find any settings that’s incorrect, pause and conctact an admin. Do not complain about it after the match has finished.
If teams can’t agree on what server they’re gonna play on, they will have to play on ours, so they have to wait, until the crashed/not available server will come back online. (Ofc. we will fix the problem as fast as we can.)
These settings must be used for the gameserver.

HLTV
Do not book your own HLTV, there will be on every servers. (If you wanna make sure that it’s recording, just contact an admin when you start the match.)
CONFLICTS
In case of conflicts the match must be paused and an admin has to be contacted directly. In the case of cheating accusation or missed EAC3 prints, please contact an admin immediately after the match is finished. (max delay: 5m)
Each team has the right to request 2 ineye-demos, and/or smoke-screenshots from the opposing players and the admins has the right to ask for any players ineye-demos and smoke-screenshots. (If we don’t get request, the smokescreens and in-eye demost don’t have to be uploaded in the “MATCH MEDIA” section.)
